My woocommerce page crashed

Woocommerce is not even showing up on the left pannel.

Hello @usascottwright can you please disable all your apps and then make sure WooCommerce is showing after that.

You may have to deactivate Woocommerce and then reactivate it.

It appears the Legacy API app is causing a conflict right now so once you get that squared away, then you’ll be able to run the systems report.

Were you able to deactivate WooCommerce as suggested by @serafinnyc? If not, you may need to access your site through FTP and deactivate it by changing the WooCommerce folder name under plugins.

I deactivated all plugins and woo commerce doesn’t show up on left pannel and not showing up in active or deactive pluggins. So I don’t know what to do next. How to get it running and to bring up my data.

As I understand you are now able to access your website, but WooCommerce is not showing on the sidebar or the plugin list, correct?

Can you please try downloading and installing it again?

You can search for it under Plugins > Add New.

Hello @usascottwright Just to add to what @carolm29 said just now, swap your theme out too. Also make sure your an Admin role and someone’s not hiding the WooCommerce app from you. I mean anything is possible. Right. :o)

I reinstalled the woocommerce plug in, but my products are not showing up.

I take back what I just said. I had an old folder with and old store link that I was able to access but was not my current store. https://store232.com/wp-admin <<– old site

But I am still NOT able to get access to the word press site at all here where my current store is https://store232.com/store/wp-admin <<– New site for the last few years

I just got an email from jet pack; If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

Update, jetpack sent another code and site is back up, and clicking on the update plug ins

Thanks for sharing further details on this. Looking at the shared information, I would recommend deactivating the plugin completely and checking if this leads to any errors or issues. Could you please try that?

Or rather, you can create a staging site and experiment on the said plugin by deactivating it to avoid causing any issue son your live site.

Well I don’t want to perminantly deactivate woocommerce that would nullify my ability to sell using woocommerce. With that said, got a new error today.
