    Hi,

I have a Printify Account and I decide to use WordPress/woocommerce to display and build my shop.

I set the store to be in USA cause the price is in USD, If you log in from another country you get a notice telling you that we gonna change the currency cause we see you from Dominican Republic, for example.

All is good except when I go to some categories on my store, I am in Canada right now ok, but some pages show me I am in South Korea and give me South Korean prices. And it happens on multiple devices.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Now it shows me this notice:

We noticed you’re visiting from Singapore. We’ve updated our prices to Singapore dollars for your shopping convenience. Use United States (US) dollar instead. Dismiss

I can<t add image here, but I took screenshot if you can tell me a way to send them to you, I will

    Hey @takexo

I am in Canada right now ok, but some pages show me I am in South Korea and give me South Korean prices.

This could be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin (and in particular a cache plugin).
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We noticed you’re visiting from Singapore. We’ve updated our prices to Singapore dollars for your shopping convenience. Use United States (US) dollar instead. Dismiss

This is a static store notice that is still showing on your site; Here is how to disable it:

Head over to Appearance → Customize, once there, go to WooCommerce → Store Notice
Uncheck the Enable store notice checkbox and then click the Publish button

I can<t add image here, but I took screenshot if you can tell me a way to send them to you, I will

You can use the snipboard.io tool to share your screenshots

    Hope this helps

I activate the store notice, I mention showing it to you just as visual proof of what I am talking about.

I will do what you say and see if it works. thank you
I will keep you posted soon

    Hi @takexo

I activate the store notice, I mention showing it to you just as visual proof of what I am talking about.

I can see the same notice on my end too (and I’m not accessing your site from Singapore).
As Daniel mentioned earlier, this is a static notice, which can be modified from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Store Notice:

If you can’t change the notice message, your theme or another plugin is likely overriding the default functionality.

You can also find out which plugin is affecting it by running a conflict test.

It does not work, I disable the store notice, I removed all the currencies and leave only USD, I deactivated and reactivated all plugins, when I go on the store, The notice is still here.

Now the front page has a notice to say that all prices are in USD, I added this one, but I disable the currency switcher based on the CX location but one you go for example on the SHOP page, the price switched.

Can a Tech support get access to check it for me please.

I guess it works now, It was the Google ads plugins that cause the problem, I deactivate them. Can you please chach and let me know if all prices are USD please, it won’t have the USD symbol but here is the shop page.

Here is what it suppose to look like on Shop https://snipboard.io/CJAktb.jpg

Here is what it suppose to look like on accesorries(categories) https://snipboard.io/6hO8FD.jpg

    Please

    Hi there,

In order for us to take a closer look, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can a Tech support get access to check it for me please

    Hi @takexo

I’m glad that you could find the culprit.
