Via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager app, delete the file .maintenance in the root of your site (probably in public_html).

    Hello Steve Stern,
Thank you very much for the response.
I couldn’t find the file which you have asked me to delete. What exactly i have to do at this moment.

Yes, I had done that they are saying the “has been overusing CPU resources for an extended period of time and has been disabled in order to ensure continued performance and stability of the server.”

Anything I have to do in cpanel.

So…. your host has shut down your site.

You might try disabling *all* plugins then asking them to turn your site back on.

In the folder wp-content/plugins, rename each plugin’s directory from something like “pluginname” to “pluginname-disabled”.

Once you have your site back on, you’ll turn them back on one at at time by renaming them back to their old names. Of course, you’ll need to ask your host how to monitor your site’s resource usage to see if you can pin this on any particular plugin.

It may also be that the set of plugins you need for your site will require a larger (and more expensive) hosting plan.
