my wordpress blog disappeared and turned to another one

    this is a disaster. i signed up for wordpress, made the the database in SQL and downloaded a theme and all of that. everything went well. i was adding pages and all of that. just like normal.

    but i just checked on it right now and somehow the theme changed to a COMPLETELY different theme and none of my pages, posts or widgets are up.

    when i refresh to look at my themes on the sidebar they dont show the ones that are in my FTP that i put in the themes folder like i did before.

    i dont know what to do, i did everything right, and now it completely has screwed me over, and ideas of what i can do???
