my wordpress isnt show proberly

Hello. when i connect to my wordpress on 192.168.1.146 (local ip) everything looks fine, but as soon as i connect to techknigh.eu on another network i am getting a blank page with blue text and no pictures, if i try to clik on one of the posts then i am getting an page not found.
and i really cant figure out what to do ?
