My WordPress theme not acitvating

  • Have you an index.php and a style.css files inside the theme?

    Hi,
    The following 2 file available under the path.

    Index.php – /wp-content/theme/themename/index.php
    CSS – file is available in /wp-content/theme/themename/style.css.

    When i seen in wp-admin, the following errors displaying,
    Broken theme :
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Description:
    Stylesheet is missing.

    How to resolve this issues.
