My WordPress website is not showing colors and images

I’ve been working on my website but I noticed that it only display colors when logged in as the admin but it keeps displaying a website without colors for normal users and guests, it looks like there is no CSS code.

I was going to suggest it was a problem with http stylesheet and https site, but when I went to look I just see this:
so perhaps you have some sort of hack.
oh oh @joyously has a reason, i was looking for the site after that.
