my WP again "lost" activation code today

    Hello,

    to clarify, by activation code you mean “Smartsupp key”?

    So in other words it “disappears” from Smartsupp chat plugin settings and the Smartsupp key field is suddenly empty?

    Yes, exactly. It happened several times to me. I always have to write the code manually into the field again.

    Have you installed any new plugins or updated WordPress around the time this happened?

    Yes, both WordPress updates and plugin installations were made. My codie also made some template customizations for me. But all other plugins that require registration code or something similar work OK without any need to re-register them.
