My WP Audio Player Short Code is Not Working

Hi,
My Blog is at https://barbybar.com. I was playing around with putting an audio file on a post at https://barbybar.com/?p=17 and I could get a download link to work but I could not get it to stream in the WP audio player?
I put the shortcode in the Post
[audio https://barbybar.com/audio/futuresmkts102507.mp3 ]
as outlined in the WP help file at https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/ but the WP audio player does not show up in the Post?
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
