my wp has strange characters

    hi, since I upgraded my wp version and my php version that i had some problems with strange characters. In the beginning i use to had strange characters everywhere and I fixed in changing to utf-8 and now the site is ok but the wp dashboard don’t. I continue have all these strange characters in the dashboard.
    How can i solve it ?

    Did you try putting these in wp-config
    // define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);
    // define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);

    Also when you upgraded did any errors prop up ,another option is download thee new worpdress and then upload wp-admin folders…
    But usually either of these 2 options must solve it..add me on skype : anur.naik ,I can check more in details .
