• Last night my boyfriend was using my laptop, so I decided I would use my Surface Tablet to do some editing on my site. Everything was going okay until my page editor wouldn’t load. So I quickly logged on to my WP dashboard through my laptop and it did the same thing. I just keep seeing a loading wheel go-round-and-round. I deactivated all my plugins. Still nothing. Can someone please login to my wordpress account and see if they can find where the glitch is? https://www.mygirlfriday805.com

    Thank You In Advanced,
    Lindsey

ps. I have logged out of both devices and logged back in, but this did not help either.

No one here can log into your WordPress account, your site is entirely self-contained and everyone here is a volunteer, so just setting expectations on that. ??

(also, it’s against forum policy to publicly post your username/password, for good reason, so don’t do that please, in case you were considering it, which I hope not)

Try deactivating *all* plugins (just restating as sometimes folks don’t really mean all when they say they did all, no offense). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

okay, i did both of your suggestions. I have switched to the other theme, but I would like to use my premium theme I had bought: Enfold. Why is it not working?

Ok, since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    https://www.kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
