My WP won’t show Chinese characters in my posts

  • My website won’t show Chinese characters in any of my posts.
    The Chinese characters will be replaced by ‘???’ once I published it.
    I have tried on Chinese (.mo) language pack but it only changes the language in the dashboard, while widget like qTranslate does’t help too.
    Can it be a reason if I say that the Themes that I am using is not supporting Chinese?
    Please advise.
