When I access all the items displayed in “MyAccoutPage” created by the short code [woocommerce_my_account], a 404 error occurs.

When I check the settings, “My account Page” in “Advanced” of “Settings” is still “serch for page ..”.
Nothing is displayed in the pull-down, and even if you enter 3 related characters, it is not displayed.
    What is the cause?

  • Hello,

I can’t replicate the same issue on my test site which has the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and Storefront (default theme).

If the issue persists, you’ll first want to check to see if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @maykato,

    Thank you for your reply,

    It was displayed as “MY_space_A”.
Since I was able to set it, the 404 error was also resolved.

    Thank you so much!
