myCRED Broken?

Greetings! The plugin seems to be broken on my end. When I click on ‘Settings’, it only shows this: https://puu.sh/4G65Y.png
Add-ons show the list of add-ons but can’t click them (though the cursor changes to a hand indicating that it’s clickable): https://puu.sh/4G6wF.png
I tried reinstalling the plugin and disabling other plugins but no luck and on another host/installation of WordPress.
If you guys need a login, please let me know!
