MyCred (goes on negative balance)

Hello,
1- Just got a small problem in the mycred i set up to deduct credit from the user account when user send a gift but user got not enough balance to send gift it will goes in negative balance instead of restricting the user to send more gifts. can you please help me in that?

2- Also is it possible to redirect the user to my buy credit page when user out of balance and when he tries to send more gifts?
Please help me to achieve these goals
