myCRED Integration

    Hi guys

    Integration / compatibility with myCRED would be an excellent addition for Sportspress / Sportspress Pro.

    I’d love to be able to give players who turn up to games in my League, and take part in matches to earn a reward (myCRED points) on my website.

    myCRED allows custom hooks, which could make it extremely easy to integrate in Sportspress.

    This would allow a community on a website the chance to earn points for events, actions completed through Sportspress; for example:

    – mycred points being given for being named in the starting lineup
    – mycred points being given for being named a substitute
    – mycred points being given for participating in 10 matches (and more)
    – mycred points for completing a season successfully
    – mycred points being deducted for getting a red card
    – mycred points being deducted for getting a yellow card
    – mycred points given for winning a game (to those named in the starting lineup and named as subs)
    – mycred points for assists
    – mycred points for clubs at the end of a season (dependent on their position in the table)

    These are just a few ideas – the opportunity to make your sportspress community awesome with this reward plugin would be even more awesome!

    I’d love to incorporate something like this in my sportspress community.

    Please please please! Incorporate this into Sportspress!

    I have added this to the ideaboard – but thought I’d post it here too as I don’t see much activity on your idead board – i do visit it quite a lot btw!

    Just a quick note, as this isn’t a support issue per se please set it as resolved. WP shows the number of resolved topics and we are really trying to keep the unresolved ones to the minimum possible ??

    Just wondering if there has been any update on this? I don’t have SportsPress yet but am planning on getting it. I already use myCRED extensively on my site.

    Yes, I’ve had progress on this. I ended up paying a third party to code the basics for me and i then extended it fully to my liking.

    However, as this has come at some cost to me (which wasn’t cheap), I won’t be sharing the code.

    So sorry.
