mycred integration deducts one point on new thread regardless of settings

Hello,

There’s an old bug which had been solved prior to version 2.0 which deducts 1 point when a new conversation starts despite having price for new conversation set to zero.

Also, a small bug function disable_start_thread_if_thread_exist inside inc/hooks.php has $user = get_user_by('slug', $recipient); but should instead be $user = get_user_by('ID', $recipient); or just $to = $recipient; bellow.

This because the $recipient is an integer.
