    can i use both these plug-ins. I would like points earned to convert to cash credits to be redeemed but sent to their wallet only to be used to buy items/products on the shop.

    So I want customers to have two option

    redeem points for coupons or

    redeem points for cash store credit.

    How can I do this with the two plugins?

    Thank you for contacting us, You can purchase products using myCred points. There is an option in Woocommerce > payments. You need to enable the myCred gateway. However, it does not work with partial payments. If partial payment is enabled you cannot use the myCred Pay with points option.

    hello, I don’t understand if the customer’s order is $20.00 and they have $2.00 worth of points to spend on the order. And if there are no partial payments accepted then how do they pay their balance owed?

    My question was about using Mycred + TeraWallet

    I would like to use this way because I can issue refunds as credits. Also, I must use partial payments/split payments because I am running a bookstore and offer pre-orders.

    Question? Can a coupon be worth a dollar amount?

    Currently, we do not have any integration with tera wallet. myCred will work independently.
