    Hi,

    I try test referral register to earn point, I don’t use short code, just give a link to test:
    https://ppparentsclub-test.plgroup.hk/?mref=cal+test

    EROOR1

    I used another browser and use above link registered a new user, I got 0 point, the log show no transaction

    1. Is the refer link is wrong format ?
    2. Is must use short code to implement ?
    3. How and where to place this short code to auto get user ID ? (please provide a example

    Thank you for contacting us, You need to use the shortcode to make it work. You can create a new page and place the shortcode. Here is the example to place the shortcode [mycred_affiliate_link url="https://ppparentsclub-test.plgroup.hk"] . The ‘Points for referrals’ hook should be enabled. The link should be in the format https://ppparentsclub-test.plgroup.hk/?mref=cal_test
