MyPopUs – Popups do not work anymore

FYI, I have now created a completely new popup and it works fine on the desktop.
BUT now the mobile version doesn’t work at all, even though I didn’t change anything. Before the mobile version worked great… now not at all :-((

Can the error come from the fact that the free version (14 days free) does not have full functionality?

Last info: I have now created a complete new popup (mobile version) and it works. However, this again had the effect that my desktop version again completely does not work….

It is now fact that BOTH versions (desktop+mobile) DO NOT WORK TOGETHER!

Please for a quick fix of the errors.

I think it’s fixed now, I modified all of your three pop-ups.
It was probably related to your display rules.

I changed all URLs (example):
https://stocktradermarket.com/how-to-buy-stocks-how-can-i-buy-shares/
to:
stocktradermarket.com/how-to-buy-stocks-how-can-i-buy-shares

As you can notice I removed https and slash at the very end. Different browsers may remove that slash at the end automatically by default.

In such cases when you set this option to “Match exactly” it shouldn’t be displayed. That’s why I changed the option to “Contains”.

But as I wrote above, the popup version on desktop (“Need more info about Plus500? V2“) does not work.

Only the popup version (“Need more info about Plus500? – Mobile V2“) on cell phone works.

Together the popup versions do not work (only either or).

Seems like I was able to reproduce the issue, nevertheless when both are enabled mobile version works for me.

We will investigate and release an update on Monday (as we don’t work during weekends).

Any news regarding this issue?
The problems still exist.

My 14 days free version expired, but I created a ticket 2 weeks ago that the functionality with Desktop PopUps in combination with Mobile Popups do not work. As long as the ticket is not solved, I will buy a STANDARD or ADVANCED. But the Free version needs to be extended so your programmers can work out the bug.
So please release and extend the Free version.
