mysite.com/wp-login.php ” Remember Me” option Box, doesn’t Remember me

  • This is sort of a nit-picky issue, but never the less, it is still an issue. Everything about my WordPress Installation is working fine, except one thing. I am using google chrome to log into my WordPress Admin page.

    When I go to my login page: https://danran.rocks/wp-login.php

    There is a checkbox on the bottom that says “Remember me”. If I check that box while logging in with my username and password, I am able to log in. Then, I log out. After logging out, I navigate to the same login page again https://danran.rocks/wp-login.php. It SHOULD automatically remember me and log me in automatically correct? Well it doesn’t. It instead leads me to a blank login page with “Username or Email Address” box blank, and “Password” box blank, and “Remember Me” Checkbox unchecked.

    I would like the “Remember Me” check box to actually work, and allow me to autologin when navigating to my login page and have wordpress admin remember me!

    What do I have to do to make this possible? Why does wordpress not remember me after I log in the first time? What do I have to do to make it remember me?
