MySql and Dashboard Pages Don't Match

My site was down today. Somehow the .htacces files has something saved over it. I corrected the error and the site came back up and I was able to access the admin panel. However 3/4 of my pages are now missing. When I log into MySql the pages are there in posts. When I recreate the same page in the dashboard of wordpress it creates the permalink as -2 as if the original page is in there. Help. I’ve never ran across this issue and can not seem to resolve it.
