MYSQL database too big

    Hi,

    MYsql database has become too large and my host siteground is threatening action unless I can reduce the size. In particular I found three tables that might be related to jetpack. Could someone please teach me how to reduce these ?

    For example:
    wp_zrqw_postmeta. 1416000
    wp_zrqw_statistics_pages 1237000
    wp_zrqw_statistics_visitor 1144000
    wp_zrqw_statistics_search 179000
