MySql error

After the last update to 1.11.13, we started getting errors when our SQL node 1 was trying to sync over to node 2. The error seemed to be related to this plugin and started on the day we updated it. The error messages indicates a “Errcode: 13 – Permission denied”. It was working fine before update and we have unistalled the plugin but cant seem to clear pass the errors..any suggestions would be appreciated.
