MySQL Error When Activating Plugins

When activating plugins I’m receiving the following error:
you have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 9 on line: 1471The good news is that the plugin actually does activate once you refresh the plugin page. However, it’s certainly not optimal. There’s evidence that this error is related to using this plugin.
