Mysql issues: Users and phone numbers from SMS text msg plugin

I have needed to switch hosting companies and in doing so export my database settings and imported them into the new database. I have verified that the data did in-fact import and that the config.php file is correct, but I still cannot get the users or the subscribers to show up in the dashboard of the new WordPress installation.

Old site is still at https://www.mlginsider.com and the new site is at https://174.121.34.221/~mlginsid/ . Any help would be greatly appreciated because I’m at an impass here.
