MySql: missing table after upgrading in multisite

I set up wp-config.php and .htaccess, and when i tried to relogin, database seemms to be corrupted.
wpcgenius is the prefix, my mastersite tables seems to be ok, but i don’t know how to fix it, wordpress repair function doesn’t works ??
