I am working on moving my current WordPress site to a new server and am having issues restoring the MySQL db that I backed up from my original site. I followed the phpmyadmin instructions on this site for backing up my db and then I followed the instructions for restoring but I am getting the following error:

No SQL query! No Tables found in database

Any one else run into this issue and figured out how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh I am on WP v2.0.4 on both servers

  • Does your backup include the statements to recreate the tables it needs to import the data into?

I had to use MySQL admin to get this to work correctly. Now I have another issue but at leas the db backed up and restored.

Now when I post I cannot go back and edit the post. I have found that the post has and id of 0. Anyone have any ideas on this?
