MySQL server has gone away

    Hi,

    It appears that the connection is limited by the network conditions. The server’s network connection is not fast enough to allow the backup to run efficiently.

    Please could you contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to investigate the network connection speed?

    Hi Bryle!

    I wanna thank you for guiding me to recover our database. As you told me, the server is not fast enough to run the backup. So I talked with support team and they restored the old database with the new one using phpMyAdmin.
