Hi there – Can you confirm for me – does this persist after the update to 3.6?

The plugin backs up databases by using a command called MySQLDump that can be installed on the server, but not all hosts allow that to be used or will install it. If it isn’t found, there’s a backup under the PDO extension, with the mysql module.

So – if your backup is working fine, this error means that one of the options the plugin uses couldn’t be found. But that’s okay as the other is working to backup your site ?? If, however, your site isn’t backing up database files appropriately, this could be a clue for you to take to your host to ask for one of these to be available on your site/server so that plugins can utilize them.

Please let me know what you find out!
    Kat
