Mysterious 1 Star Rating w/ No review

I have two plugins that are working perfectly TSP Featured Categories and TSP Author’s Note and they have both gotten a 1 star rating with no review and when I click to even read the review it says no 1 star rating exists. Can someone explain to me how this happens? How do I know whats wrong, if anything, if I can’t even see what was written. I think this has to be some sort of glitch. Any thoughts, suggestions, support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
