Hello, I don’t recall what I did to put this on the bottom of my website specifically, but I think it either happened when I was changing menus, updating widgets or adding / removing image compressor plugins, but a mysterious “3592” appeared on the bottom of my website, to the point it even shows on elementor canvas editor…I don’t understand how to get rid of it and it is pushing my buttons…

The element in inspect is literally just 3592, being a #text with nothing else besides being in the body element. My website is private so I wont be giving the password for support, but I hope someone has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

    Thanks,

I recommend getting in touch with Elementors’s support about this via https://elementor.com/support/ if you have Elementor Pro or https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/ if you do not.

    Hello @rftkohiat,

Unfortunately we can’t properly assist you when we can’t inspect the code (because site is private, I can’t even look at that page with the number, if I could look I would tell you how to fix it with more precision. Without looking, I can give you a suggestion to try.

Look for that number in the database (search from phpMyAdmin), and you can also use the String Locator plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/string-locator/ to see if it’s somewhere inserted as a string, when you locate it – you will be able to remove it.

    Kind Regards.

@wpmajestic Thank you for the tip, I tried that and found nothing except these things, I don’t know much about coding so I don’t know if this is to be shared or not but…

I put in a call for support with elementor, as I noticed when you said that you could not go into the website to see it that it did not appear on the password page, that being a non-elementor page, so I assume it is a problem with elementor in some regard.

    Thanks,

    Hello @rftkohiat,

If that’s the only result you got for searching the string – then number is not in the files, it’s in the database, can you search the database via phpMyAdmin? If you don’t have phpMyAdmin access, you can use this plugin -> https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pexlechris-adminer

Let me know what shows up when you search for that number in the database.

    Kind Regards.
