Mystery Content

I don’t understand where all this extra content is coming from. I do not have a page for this on the website, and WordPress is setup to show recent posts on the home page, not a static page.

I found a place where there is a list of patterns, which says I can use them when editing pages, but they are all locked and I don’t have permissions to edit any of them.
