Mystique – changing the links on the nav bar…

I’ve read through and can’t find the answer… though I may have missed something.

I realize that as I add pages, the mystique nav bar updates. I would like a few pages to stay off of it. How do I go about it? Do I have to add them and then manually go in and remove it in the code (which isn’t a big deal)?
