• Hi all,

With the Mystique template, if I try edit the settings I get a error…

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin-post.php on this server.

    Apache/1.3.27 Server at moose-men.co.uk Port 80

I’ve tried changing the CHMOD of admin-post.php to 777 and still i have no luck!

    Any ideas?

  • Are you logged in as an Admin user? Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Can’t be pluggings, I’ve got none activated :S also I can’t trial it with another theme as it only
does it with the mystical theme settings.

    Cheers

If it’s theme specific, then the problem is within the theme. Have you tried re-uploading a fresh copy of the theme?

Yup, it’s one of the most used theme’s according to word presses theme section.

    Hi Haux,

Just wondering if you had resolved your issue with the Mystique theme. I am currently getting the same exact error message as you with the Mystique theme. It was working properly a few days ago and then all of a sudden this happened.

I contacted Hostgator support and they checked my Mystique theme permissions and it was apparently incorrect. They corrected the permissions and all is working fine again.
