Mystique theme page title modification

I’m having an issue with page titles in the body area of the page. For example – when I changed the “home” page to a static page, and my “blog” page to the post page under settings>reading, the title “Home” still shows up on the page. How do I remove “Home” without removing “Home” in the Nav bar?
