    The payment methods for credit cards and PayPal are mapped by currency. USD transactions are mapped to the the USD account. CAD transactions are mapped to the CAD accoutrements. Despite this all transactions are going to the CAD account.

    I opened a ticket on Nov 21 and your support team was responsive initially but have stoped supporting us. The last email I have received from [email protected] was Dec 8 despite repeated follow up email from me.

    Both the accountant and the owners of the company ask me a couple of times a week why this issue is still occurring, nearly eight weeks later

    I am hoping that someone in support@myworks can help.

    Thanks for reaching out! Our support team has had this ticket escalated and in review since it was originally opened – and I’m seeing this has continued to be investigated by our team. Starting with the most recent update first, I’m seeing this has been successfully resolved for you – with the cause being a conflict with the Aelia currency plugin also present on your store.

    As our support team also shared with you, most of the reason for the extended troubleshooting time here was the edge-case nature of this issue: it wasn’t something we were able to reproduce internally or with other users and required extensive troubleshooting by our team on your site.
