n00b on day 1, simple help reversing the event order

If this is on your main Events page? Are you using a custom template for that page, or a custom query to reorder posts? Are your regular blog posts also in the wrong order?

have you tried using search attribute like order=”ASC” and orderby=”event_start_date and then use shortcode like [events_list]?
