NADI Config greyed out fixed-angular-selectize-3.0.1.js 404 error

The config page for NADI 2.0.13 is greyed out so I can’t configure anything.
Looking at google chrome developer tools the error is related to fixed-angular-selectize-3.0.1.js having a 404 error.
GET https://www.mywebsite.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/next-active-directory-integration/js/libraries/fixed-angular-selectize-3.0.1.js?ver=1.0 404 (Not Found)
The file is in the location as above, but it is not accessible. Even if I move it to wp-content and try and access it in a browser, it still gives a 404 error. Its almost like that file is corrupted.
I have checked and all permissions appear set correctly. and others files in that directory appear to be loading correctly.

Found a workaround.
Commented out the below from the mywebsite.conf file in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled
` # Rewrite for versioned CSS+JS via filemtime
# location ~* ^.+\.(css|js)$ {
# rewrite ^(.+)\.(\d+)\.(css|js)$ $1.$3 last;
# expires 31536000s;
# access_log off;
# log_not_found off;
# add_header Pragma public;
# add_header Cache-Control “max-age=31536000, public”;
# }
`Probably need to look at the nginx config long term.
