Nag Nag nag nag nag nag nag

OK, here’s a review in response to the thousandth time I’ve seen this nag screen on top of my dashboard.

I clicked “never show this again” once on one of the nag screens this plug-in constantly bombards you with … and the plug-in — along with a photo album in every post — mysteriously disappeared from that site. I re-installed the plug-in and all the albums magically re-appeared, but what kind of reaction is that to a simple selection of one of the options they presented?

The funny part is, I was about to pull the trigger and upgrade to a paid version of the plug-in to use on the ten sites I’m using it on. Not happening now.

The plug-in is “ok”. It does what it is supposed to do. It also does some crap that it should never do, like constant nag screens and vindictive destruction of your site at a moment’s notice, but aside from that it is “okay” and nothing more. If I were starting fresh I’d find another plug-in to do the job, there are certainly plenty of them.
