    When a user clicks on the link to reply to the ticket and gets forwarded to the [supportcandy] page, the email and name fields are empty, is it possible it should have the submitters name and email by default and not require inserting it again?

    Hello @jewishtidbits

    If the user is logged in then there is no need to add name & email again. It only asks for the information if user is not logged in.

    We are working on this feature improvement. It will work as you mentioned in future updates.
