Name are not imported

Good afternoon, as you can see in the documentation the first two columns have to be:

Columns position (Documents should look like the one presented into screenshot. Remember you should fill the first two columns with the next values)
Username
Email

And then you can fill the other columns.

Please read the documentation first.

Sorry for that, my mistake. The import now works for the first 3 column

Username Email first_name last_name Company Fond

Company and fond are not created ?

…. Under Extra profile fields…. Show fields in profile? X SAVE option

New problem, i have now to Username fields. Default in top under the profile, and a empty one, under “Extra profile information”

I also added an image to the email template with our logo, from my library.
The image does not display in mail (OSX) ? Like path is wrong

When i edit the path, to the right one – i get changed back to

To solve the first one, please deactivate the plugin, activate again and do a correct import (the last import you did for example).

To solve the image problem, remember to use the complete url, with the domain included.

Username in extra profile information, is still empty. I really dont need the extra profile information, with a username. It is default in top ??

When i set full path at save mail template, it goes back to default, with only half the link?

Respect to username not sure what can be happening (I should see it in your system directly).

And also, do not know why the mail template is not being saved correctly, it saves it and the plugin does not touch the text so there can be some filter in your system.
