Name “Category” removed in layout 1 only, but remains in layout 2

I had already been following the issue of the name “Category” in their headers and had seen that the problem had been resolved in version 4.0.1. However, this only happened with layout 1, in layout 2, the name remains, as shown in the examples.

I would very much like the problem to be resolved in this layout template as well.
