    Hello there!

We noticed the following problems with your plugin – something I managed to replicate as a problem on two different servers:

    Using SFL as a standalone:
    – When updating to WordPress 5.4: No problem
    – When adding your Folder Support plugin: Name of submitter & description of file are not visible on the frontend. They are available to submit on the uploader, but once the file is uploaded, they never appear on the frontend
    – When updating SFL to the latest version, even the uploader ceases to ask for this information. All we get is a “select file” and “upload” button, nothing else.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The issue with the submitter information has been fixed. Please update to 4.2.2

Be sure you have both “Get Submitter Information” and “Show Submitter Info” checked on the Display Settings tab

Unfortunately not. I have updated to 4.2.2 and the problem remains. Please check the screenshots:

The name and email inputs will no longer appear if you are logged in. This information is automatically added from your user info. This was a feature request, as entering this info seemed redundant.

Log out and the name and email boxes will appear.

Hello, this is great! We just upgraded to 4.2.2 and it works. The problem is, any file uploaded on the server is visible now only in the backend and not on the frontend

Furthermore, when I click on a folder, the page simply refreshes and I do not see the contents of that folder

nevermind, Mitchel, I found the error and it was my bad! I will write more in a subsequent reply if you want me to, but it had nothing to do with the plugin.

The URL had to be /secret-page/?eeFolder=Work-Package-1 instead of /secret-page/?eeSFLF_ListFolder=Work-Package-2&listID= and that, I guess, was because of the update.

I had 6 folders that I needed to set in the website as “static links”. Problem solved, works like a charm! Thanks so much! Your plugin is really great!
