Name, email and star rating are blank when testimonial is submitted

Thank you for the screenshots!

It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin:?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a?Troubleshooting mode?that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but?only for your user?– your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshooting mode and?only activate Strong Testimonials?and see if it works correctly with a?default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

Thank you for your reply! I installed the recommended plugin, and enabled only Strong Testimonials with the default Twenty Twenty Three theme installed.

Here’s the screenshot – the name, email address and star rating are still missing ??

I noticed something odd while comparing the successful reviews posted earlier this year, and the reviews that I received recently.

For the reviews that are pending approval, the custom fields for the following metadata do not appear. Only the custom field submit_date appears.

• client_name
• email
• star_rating
• tpg_post_view_count
• wpbf_sidebar_position
  

But once the review is published, all of these custom fields appear.
