Name field does not appear after upgrading GF to v1.8.12.4

    We can see in the Gravity Forms changelog the following modifications:

    Version 1.8.12.6
    – Fixed issue with resend notification not accepting a list of emails

    ——————————————————————————————————————-
    Version 1.8.12.5
    – Fixed another issue with field label for Name and Address fields

    ——————————————————————————————————————-
    Version 1.8.12.4
    – Fixed issue with field label for Name and Address fields

    Updating to Gravity Forms ver. 1.8.12.6 should resolve the issue.

    Updating GF to 1.8.12.6 fixed it.

    I’m still having the issue with GF 1.8.12.6

    Hi Michael,

    Can you please describe your issue in detail because we are using GF 1.8.12.6 and the plugin works as expected.
