    Hi there,

I’m wondering if you can help me?

I have a CSV with about 4000 rows in it, I have all of the required columns, but for some reason it doesn’t pickup ‘name’ — however, I can still run it and it imports fine, but only 350 or so of the 4000 rows?

Have you ever encountered something similar, is there any further information I can provide to help?

Hi, the forum here on www.ads-software.com is only for free plugins, not for any paid add-ons.

Can you open a support ticket and include the CSV file you try to import, then I can test it on a dev server.

    It’s fine, figured it out

Have to export the csv from Google Docs not Excel

Btw I wasn’t asking for an addon–just if you or anyone else had seen something similar before.

Ah yeah, Excel sometimes breaks things. Also make sure the file uses UTF-8 encoding.

If an importer doesn’t import the whole file, then either break it up in smaller pieces or ask your host to try and increase the maximum execution time.

Yeah I think that was the problem, the encoding ??

Thanks for the help anyway! Great plugin.
