Name field not stored

    Hi, love this plugin, it is already helping my mailing list a lot. However, I have name and E-mail on the opt in form and only the E-mail address is stored. Names are empty on my list.

    I saw another topic about this, but it was closed. Did anybody find a solution or cause for this?
