[NSFW] name links to Wrong (nonexistant) URL

Simple Author Box uses the WordPress core function https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/get_author_posts_url/ to get the author URL and the URL returned ( https://www.hypnoticdreams.com/author/admin/ ) looks like the default author URL.

If you have another plugin or the theme customizing the author page it might not be filtering the ‘author_link’ properly so that WordPress and by extension other plugins like Simple Author Box can know what the URL should be.

Aww crap. That means I have to manually disable all the plugins and re-enable them one at time.

Yes, I that’s the best way to do it.

Except now I disabled ALL of my plugins and themes, and even called get_author_posts_url() directly in the header.php template, and it’s still returned the wrong URL. I can’t find where it’s set.
