Name not showing

  • Hello all
    Please can someone advise
    I have set up all the emails
    I add this to each email
    {{name}}
    If i add someone from the admin the persons name will show
    But if they register from the front it only shows Hi in the email.
    It does not show the persons name

    We can’t reproduce such problem – if your online signup form contains name field, the variable is parsed properly.
